Center for Translational Pain Medicine Biorepository
Contains molecular data (including specimens) and phenotype data sets pertaining to studies on pain disorders conducted by the Center for Translational Pain Medicine in almost 5,000 research subjects. Cohorts include studies on temporomandibular disorders and other chronic overlapping pain conditions, including the OPPERA collaborative agreement. Molecular data sets include genome-wide genotyping and methylation profiles, and RNA and protein expression. Phenotype data include clinical assessment for pain, quantitative sensory testing, autonomic response, environmental exposures, and psychosocial profiling.
