Description

Started in 2008 and includes more than 430 pregnancies in women with a range of rheumatic diseases including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and others. It includes clinical data collected at clinic visits such as measures of disease activity, medication use in pregnancy, and pregnancy outcomes. There is also a biospecimen sample repository for most pregnancies that includes RNA (x 4years), serum, and plasma (x 8 years).
