  • Resting State and Addiction Database
    Internal Dataset

    Alternate Title(s)
    RAD
    Description

Includes data collected across multiple studies of smokers and nonsmoker controls. Data elements include 1) resting state fMRI imaging data, 2) complimentary imaging measures (high-resolution anatomical MR images, perfusion MR images, structural connectivity MR and cognitive task BOLD images), 3) trait-and-state-phenotypic data, and 4) optional DNA blood samples, if applicable. All data are curated within an XNAT database housed at the Duke/UNC Brain Imaging and Analysis Center. Currently, the RAD includes data on over >700 MRI/fMRI scans from > 400 participants.
